I have been on Prograf 4 mg BID for 8 yrs and also take Rapamune for Heart TX. My creatine is 1.9 and BUN is 42 but have had no issues and doctors are not concerned at all. I took Neoral for the first 3 months after tx and hated the side effects so they switched me to Prograf.  I have been happy with it.
