Yolanda :
I'm bilinqual, I think an " interpretor " would be a a good area to use my duo languages. I need to practce writting, I read, speak it fluently..but not the written word. It's easy, just needs to be worked on. I befriended a spanish speaking single parent years ago. She was lost, frightened, for the lack of being able to communicate with the nurses, doctors, but surrounded by so many in her predicament. The Doctor called me to inquire what " eppo " meant? The women had " hiccups " and was asking for heart burn relief! Silly, true, so I made contact with her and saw her through the liver transplant. She was alone, with her young daughter till her mother got a passport for the Tijuana Mex border. I lost contact with her, she lives in LA, CA.
