Heroes Of Hope

HEROES OF HOPEby Ashley Tenczar CurranI think it was the first time that I heard the words..”He needs a liver transplant”, that it all sort of sunk in to my brain, and I thought I had a grip on the situation. That was before those words went on a journey through my soul, and landed in my heart.“Transplant...Transplant...”The words echoed through my mind, and I came to grips pretty quickly, as I had been a nurse,( only for six years, and never in the field of “high tech” nursing),but I knew what…See More

CAREGIVERS TO TP CANDIDATES OR RECIPIENTS

Hi All!When I first heard the doctor say the words "You need a liver transplant, plain and simple. You have cirrhosis and it has progressed too far for any other type of treatment."I was numb for a few days. I had always known having Hepatitis C, both of us, that liver damage and failure was always a possibility, but never this early and this sudden. One year ago, we were living the "Life of Riley" (whomever Riley is) and you know something> we were not REALLY living! We had it SO good, we…See More

About Me:
I am the wife of a wonderful man who has given me the best 10 years of my life.
Now, he needs a liver transplant, but we have not let that fact destroy us, or make us fall apart, as a matter of fact, we have met some of the greatest people we have ever known from the whole TP support network! God never shuts a door without opening a window, is what I say.
There is ALWAYS hope, and ALWAYS we thank God for life. and to the heroes who have or will donate organs, we say Thank You, and God Bless You always.

Good Day,

How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:( mrsstellakwale5888@gmail.com ) for the full details.

Have a nice day

Thanks God bless.

Mrs Stella.
