Hope all goes well for you. No real improvements on my part but no back steps either. Gotta just think of that as a good thing! Keep me posted as to how things are going with the treatments.
Hey girl, I hope you are doing well, and feeling stronger. I started the hep treatment the 1st of Feb. Wish me luck. Take care. Remember I am going through this along with you!
I am well and will be going back to the Doctor to get on another type of antidepressant as the first one gave me hives. Next week I talk to another Doc to begin the Interferon treatments. ugh! I understand about only being able to do so much and…
Hi Anna,
It's good to hear from you. I'm still basically in the same place. I just had a major death in my life so that has taken quite a tole on me. So while I am not feeling any better physically, at the same time, I am thankful I am not…
Kelly, I promise you will build up your strength again. It really takes quite awhile. The best thing for you to do is not push yourself too hard. When I woke up from my surgery, I could not comprehend what had happened to me. I just thought it was…
Anna,
I had been ill with various ailments for 6 years before my liver failed. I kept saying that I felt like I was being poisoned, which it turns out is exactly what was happening. My liver was poisoning me. During that time, no test ever indicated…

I came very close to being on of those patients. 6 months prior to my transplant, I started going to NA (Narcotics Annonymous). I got clean right away as this program was what I needed in my life. Besides stoping 28 years of daily marijuana use, I…

I barely have enough stamina to make myself something to eat. While I realize recover is a long process, I just wondered if some of you who had your transplant years ago could tell me how long it seemed to take you before you felt good again. Thanks, KellySee More
While I was still in the ICU recovering from my liver transplant, they gave me prograf. It put me in a comatosed state. I could see, hear and understand everything that was going on around me but could not respond in any way. Couldn't talk,…

How are you doing Kelly? I hope this message finds you well and getting your strength back.
