Cronic Back Pain

darn, heck, the pain this morning is a bother, 1-10?? back, lower back, relentless..I'm under Kaiser Pain Mgmt for a while now, years.
Kaiser and I go way back. Dr. Longstreth, from SD Kaiser, internist, was my link to getting my coma state body up to Kaiser Sunset, coma state long enough, at death's door. And then??? " Post a Blog " not a manefesto!! I love to write, double duh! LOL
Happy New Year to all of you, and another good year it will be, 19 years and counting, God Will. Contentent keeps me real to myself. The pain is a reminder that I dont have to live in Pain, just with it...I have it, it does not have me. " Break through " happen. ( I got a dog for xmas, walks, step up the pace abit ) It might take getting use to the schedule of a dog walking me. My replaced knee and hips have served me well, " knock on wood "
