I am a Heart Transplant Patient I might have Dresslers Syndrome ?????

Does anyone know about this I had a fever of 102.2 last week shoulder pain and trouble breathing I am a heart transplant patient it might be dresslers syndrome as it can happen weeks to months after a transplant or injury. I had a pericarthesis done to remove fluid surrounding the outer layer of my heart. any suggestions welcome no sign of ammonia or flu or any other virus or disease, I am thinking this is common in open heart surgery any suggestions or same expierences????
